Return/Refund Policy:

Please note that we are accepting returns/refunds. within 3 Days of delivery.
If you received a Damaged/Wrong Product from our side for a claim you must be sent a pre-opening video within 48 hours, if you are not able to provide pre-opening video of damaged or wrong product/parcel we cannot pass your claim.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized(made to measure) products.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
you can contact us on Bridalwe@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 635 978 3390 with your order number. We can cancel your order and refund the amount only if the order has not been already dispatched.
Payments and Transfers are dependent on Banks and Local Laws. We've still attempted to estimate the time 3-4 business days from the Date of Initiation

Exchange Policy:

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and utmost care for all our deliveries. However, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and in the rare instance a customer is not happy with the received order, we extend the exchange option too. We only offer a one-time exchange policy.
Bridal We gives no question asked 3 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange with any product available on the website with a high or low amount. In the case of higher amount products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online, and also have to pay return charges too.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
There may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
